BRAND PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL


OPTION 1 | 30-SECOND SPOT

I’ll write a script that outlines the most important value propositions for Track Club to my audience. I’ll show a screen recording of your website with the app in action - even adding songs to Final Cut Pro. I’ll speak about the one thing that - for me - sets Track Club apart from the other music services. For me, it’s the Track Club mission and values. I know Mix Lab is awesome, but I don’t know that I’ll use that a ton. Of course it can be mentioned as an exciting feature that could really help a lot of my viewers.

 

OPTION 2 | 60-SECOND SPOT

Same as above, but we’ll get into Mix Lab more and really highlight how Track Club is different from the other music services. We can touch on Track Club’s approach to compensating musicians, its values as a business, the quality of the music, etc. Let’s really drive home not only how the service is different, but how the company behind it is a force for good.


 

OPTION 3 | TUTORIAL TIE-IN

In this option, we’ll skip the whole traditional ad spot approach and work the sponsorship into a Final Cut Pro tutorial that is completely organic to what Track Club is and what it does. So a couple example ideas for a video: HOW TO ENHANCE YOUR MUSIC FOR DRAMATIC IMPACT IN FINAL CUT PRO or THREE FREE MUSIC EFFECTS IN FINAL CUT PRO.

I can show how you make a music track sound like it’s playing on the stereo system in a car. Or maybe there’s a scene where a character’s walking by a creepy building or some weird tunnel and there’s music coming from it. I can show how you use stereo panning to show how you can make the music sound like it’s coming from the left when the source of the audio in the shot is in the left of frame. There are a ton of possibilities but the key is that when I go to source my music I grab it from Track Club and spend some time talking about the service in one of those, “Oh, by the way” kinda ways. Maybe I say, “Now I like this entire track, but I think it’d be super creepy in this scene if we only heard the vocals and then slowly started hearing the other instruments coming in…” And I could show how Track Club lets you access all those stems to mix it in Mix Lab.

We’d figure out the details of all that, but you get the idea. :)

PREMIUM ADD-ON | MEDIA USAGE RIGHTS | MONTHLY

Option 1 | +$450 per month

Option 2 | +$750 per month

Option 3 | +$1,050 per month

So if you wanted to purchase Option 2 with monthly media usage rights for 3 months, your total cost breakdown would be:

$2,750 to produce the ad-spot + $2,250 for 3 months of media usage rights = $5,000

PREMIUM ADD-ON | MEDIA USAGE RIGHTS | IN PERPETUITY

Option 1 | +$4,500

Option 2 | +$7,500

Option 3 | +$10,500

So if you wanted to purchase Option 2 with media usage rights in perpetuity, your total cost breakdown would be:

$2,500 to produce the ad-spot + $7,500 for media usage rights in perpetuity = $10,000


A detailed outline/treatment/script for the integration will be submitted before filming so you can review and request revisions. I won’t roll cameras until you’ve signed off on pre-production.
