BRAND PARTNERSHIP PROPOSAL

OVERVIEW:

Arc Studio, in its efforts to market its product to consumers, needs to reach as many existing and potential customers as possible. Partnering with YouTube influencers not only allows Arc Studio to increase sales by building awareness, but it also allows them to tap into the trust that exists between content creators, their audience and, better yet, their community.

Access to this trust through influencers gives businesses like Arc Studio a shortcut to increased sales because the hard work of establishing trust has been done for them. When a trusted YouTuber demonstrates how a product provides value to potential customers, their video creates a powerful connection between a new audience and Arc Studio. The desired outcome of this connection is threefold: increased revenue from sales, brand awareness & lift, and, more importantly, an opportunity for Arc Studio to continue to build their own community.

This relationship between influencers and their community also gets Arc Studio access to customers’ valuable information, particularly email addresses, so Arc Studio can then market their product and promotions to consumers directly via email and social media. With Evergreen & tutorial videos like the ones I produce having a long shelf life on YouTube, Arc Studio can continually access new audiences via these videos for several years to come.

OPTION 1 | 30 SECOND AD SPOT

Matthew O’Brien produces a video on a topic that has the best chance at the most impressions: a Final Cut Pro tutorial about a specific element in post-production workflows - organization for short films or keywording dialogue to better locate a specific take, for example. In this video, we run a 30 second mid-roll ad spot that not only feels organic and authentic to the video’s topic but communicates the major value propositions for Arc Studio’s product and any other important information you want to communicate. We’ll work together to nail down a script before I roll cameras so you can be sure everything you want communicated in the ad spot is correct and concise.

OPTION 2 | 60 SECOND AD SPOT

Same as option 1, but we’ll touch on more of potential customers’ pain and demonstrate how the major value propositions for Arc Studio solve those pain points - in particular, collaborative screenwriting. We can overcome objections so screenwriters who feel stuck with Final Draft can feel comfortable knowing Arc Studio has them covered. We can also talk about what differentiates Arc Studio from the competition.

OPTION 3 | 90 SECOND AD SPOT

Everything from Option 2, but we’ll go even deeper to show the product with footage of me and my writing partner working with Arc Studio together. I’ll highlight how we live 500 miles apart but can use this software remotely and when we’re in the same room. I’ll focus on high quality footage of us using the product - I’m at a coffee shop in Omaha, my partner’s in his home office in Colorado. I’m on an airplane, my writing partner is at a coffee shop in Colorado. This spot will feel like a combination of a traditional talking head ad spot and a documentary showing quality footage of the product in use with its main value proposition being demonstrated - FINALLY being able to write a screenplay in actual screenwriting software at the exact same time your writing partner is.
